Why your company must have a designated nudge

Here’s an interesting idea for your company!

If you find you have people in your company who constantly fail to achieve their goals or fail to get things done, maybe they need a friendly nudge or push.

Dr Jeffrey Lant, CEO Worldprofit, in this article suggests that maybe every company should employ someone whose job it is to nudge people into getting things done.

I think it’s a great idea, although I am the one who needs the nudge occasionally, and as I am the only person in my company I’m not sure how it would work. Maybe I need a robot sitting behind me with a sharp stick…..

Anyway, you can read DR Lant’s complete article here: Articles / General Business / Why Your Company Must Have A Designated Nudge
