Finally it’s arrived, The Respond2Net Internet Marketing Blog!
I’ve been meaning to start this blog for quite some time and had originally planned to get things going at the beginning of January 2008 but illness put paid to that for three weeks from just before New Year, Then one thing led to another until finally I’ve managed to start it now, two weeks into February.
Anyway, let me introduce myself, my name is Graham Lee, that’s me in the profile on the right. As it says there, I’ve been involved in marketing online since January 2005 but trying to hold down a full-time job and start a business online, in whatever spare time I’ve had, has proven very difficult. I suppose this is the same for everyone who is just starting out but take it from me, it’s extremely hard. Don’t believe anyone when they say it’s easy to do this, ‘cos it aint, not by any stretch of the imagination.
Since January, I’ve been working at it full-time, and hopefully can start to reap the rewards of all those late nights sat in front of my computer. In the last three years I’ve built up a range of websites, some directly involved in Internet Marketing and others in more specific niches. Most of the niche websites are in areas which interest me, which some say is not the way to do it, if you want to make any money. But hey I’ve got them now, so I want to make them profitable if I can. I’ve also bought some ready made websites over the years which I really need to start tending to properly. I’ve also become an authorised reseller for a number of products and am also involved in affiliate marketing. Although I’ve read hundreds of eBooks, I still need to learn more about sales copy and advert copy, to make that illusive leap into getting more visitors to my websites, which is what I’m concentrating on at the moment. More about my successes and failures in future posts.
So that’s the plan for this year, I want a BMW 3 Series Coupe and a New House by the end of this year, so I need to get moving as soon as possible.
I hope you will join me on this journey, I look forward to the next time we meet.
Until the next time
