Hopefully you’ve not seen your profits drop too much while everyone has been on holiday, during the summer break.

If your business did slow down during the summer break, maybe it’s become too easy, when there is nothing much happening, for your sales staff to drift into a complacent attitude and maybe are not quite so attentive as they should be. What you need to do now is make sure that they don’t continue to be like this as your customers start to come back and your business starts to get busy again.

Now that we are coming out of the summer break, Today’s article is a reminder of how your customers should be treated, as they start to get back to a normal life and start buying again.

Maybe now is the time to have a quick staff training session to encourage them to pick up their game and get back on track.

But this is not restricted to just store sales staff. These same principles apply to your online customers as well if you run an online business. Make sure you treat your online customers with the same level of respect, offering value and good service, so that they will return to your website again and again. It might be a good time to update your website a little with some welcome back offers to show your customers that your really do care about them.
