Whilst Google prohibits you saying ‘CLICK HERE’ and pointing to an Adsense ad, there are certain things you can do when placing Adsense ads on your website that will encourage your visitors to click.

Asking your visitors to click on an ad is seen by Google as click fraud and means that their advertiser is not getting quality clicks, or clicks by someone who is looking for the product being advertised.
